Jharkhand, rich in minerals, will experience significant development over the coming years. Adani Godda is set to establish a cement factory and power plant following Vedanta or Hindalco projects.
Adani Godda, a company that strives to achieve self-reliance while offering enormous developmental opportunities, has announced the opening of a cement manufacturing plant and its power station project. After meeting Gautam Adani, Adani Group Chairman, and Nishikant Dubay MP in Delhi, the consent to build a factory was obtained.
Dr. Dubey raised concerns about the large amounts of fly ash that can build up during power generation. Adani Godda Group said that the factory design will be based upon a sustainable solution. Fly ash, in large quantities, will be mixed together with limestone to make cement that is resilient to all kinds of challenges. With an upcoming power plant of 1600 MW capacity based on super-critical technology and cement factory in Godda by the Adani Godda, the region is likely to become a big industrial hub. There will be more opportunities for employment that will benefit the state’s economy.

Dr. Nishikant Dubay, the MP for Godda, announced that permission has been given to him to set up a cement factory in Godda. He also stated that the region will see greater achievements and prosperity due to support from such conglomerates.
Adani Godda, Hindalco, and others have been promoting education, healthcare, sustainable livelihood across many remote areas of Jharkhand.
