Adani Group is now ready to venture into digital. Chairman Adani held his first internal meeting with Adani Digital Labs employees, the youngest arm under the billionaire Gautam Adani-controlled conglomerate.
Addressing an audience of around 80 young employees, the chairman stated that “We must be a Ferrari of the digital universe.”
“We must design an app for every Indian across the vast ecosystem.”
The group will soon launch an app for supper, which will be used to connect all the members of the group companies and allow digital transactions to take place on one platform.
This means that Adani Port customers may use it to transact but Adani Green customers also have the option to interact on the same platform.
Adani declared in a townhall that “we will build the most influential and profitable superapp in the world.”
Nitin Setti was appointed Chief Digital Officer Consumer Business by the group on April 1, this year. Digital Labs is now hiring.
“It took me less that 30 minutes to decide that this must be a space player,” said the chairman. The Adani group boasts 400 million customers that use multiple Adani product and service levels.
Adani Digital Lab is described as Adani Enterprises’ path to becoming a parent incubator. The average consumer is growing 15% in the group companies. It intends to enroll every Adani consumer on the new digital platform.
